I love these finishing music videos. I don't think I'll ever edit music, but what you said about finishing projects resonates all the same.
I have an idea, make a song with MIDI but you can`t use your monitoring, just make patterns and melodies out of feeling and musical knowledge without sound and then listen to the end result, may be interesting to hear what you come up with!

I felt like I'm a amateur version of you (in composing matters) lol... I start many projects, have the same botlenecks - but you can tackle them way much better than me - and I end up with several unfinished projects.
Well, so this video was great to me, I've learned some about getting things done. Actually I need to organize my workplace... switching from guitar to midi keyboard takes almost 10 minutes and some moving around.
Thanks for doing this. I'm no professional musician and far less music educated, but I am really proud of my projects, also they are almost like a book of memories..
