Carson tanks looking good! But cherry shrimps might get picked on by the angels or tetras, so bamboo shrimp might be better

You should change the sand and make it slope up towards the back. Adds depth to the tank instead of like a 3 inch layer randomly on one side
I think it’s all in what you like. I like the 3 inch random on one side. I have mine like that on one side and on the opposite side back corner slopes upward toward the back
The tank looks absolutely incredible. I’m also curious as to what rainbows you have. I saw one female but I can’t see the other one or what species they are.

Bro, a python water changer would change your life! I don't know how I went years in the hobby without one! I can do all my water changes without getting a single drop on the floor...and no more bucket brigade to refill the tanks afterward.
Hey carson, angel fish are shrimp murderers, if you get some cherry shrimp, they will get killed by the angel fish. Also, the tank will look awsome with jus the glo fish tetras, jus a big shoal of them. Also the other corner needs another piece of drift wood. I have been aquascaping for a lot of time now btw. I hope these tips help.
I think his and his GF’s tank would look great however way they want it. It’s what’s great about having your own tank. Even if you have been aquascaping for 100 years doesn’t mean I will like your style and design.

Brilliant Tank,love the aquascape also the angelfish Will need a 70 gallon or bigger Tank because you have a community Tank upgrade only a 55 gallon or bigger if It's just the angelfish so you Will need an upgrade son also those tetras need to be in groups of 6 or more to minimize fin nipping plus they scholling fish they are Colombian tetras
