      I'll surely try it. I've been using hot water to wash my palm fruits n I don't allow it to cool down before pounding. The pounding is stressful. How I wish I can get a mini machine.

      No pls you don’t add any spices or peppers to it , the only thing you add is salt solution. What differentiate this palm oil from others is ; the palm fruit is cooked in it’s fresh state that prevents the oil from sticking to the tongue . Thank you for watching 🥰

      This is oil , when you use hot water it will melt. The hot water is use when preparing soup but with oil , cold water is use .

      Is it the whole fruit or it has been pounded and made into a paste? If it is the whole fruit then yes you can but if it has already been made into a paste then no .
