Shalom Rabbi Jacobson, i would just like to shed some light on some spiritual matters like the reincarnation , Jewish Messiah & so On. I Myself Came To Believe In Jesus Christ And Got Baptist Into The Eastern Orthodox Church, My Mother Is Jewish From Her Mothers Side. The Topics I Would Like To Ponder Upon Is The Reincarnation And We The Orthodox Church Believe Not In The Reincarnation Of Our Prophet Elijah Because Basically It Can Not Be Or Can Not Be Considered To Be A Reincarnation.Because Elijah Didn't Die But, He Was Taken Up To The Heavens. So Where Does Holy Scripture Speaks To As About The Reincarnation We Find It In EZEKIEL 37 Verse 24. My Servant David Will Also Return At The End To Rule And Be King Over God's People Israel Forever With A New Eternal Covenant And If You Read It From Start To Finish From Verse 15-28 Will Answer You The Jewish & Palestinian Conflict And Who Is The Solution To The Problem.King David Upon His Return IS THE PEACEMAKER IN THE REGION. We As Orthodox Christians Believe King David Is Benjamin Netanyahu In The Flesh Time Will Prove As Right.---We As Orthodox Christians To Dare Say Jesus Has Returned ISAIAH 9 Has To Take Place. NAFTELI CITY OF THE GENTILES WHICH IS BY THE SEA THERE,OUR CHRIST ETERNAL RIGHTEOUS KINGDOM WLL ESTABLISHED FOREVER(has Nothing To Do With Hezekiah This ISAIAH 9 Prophecy) And Simultaneously King David Establishing His Eternal Kingdom In Jerusalem Only Then We Can Dare To Say The Messiah Has Returned. As Where Is NAFTELI IS STILL IS A MYSTERY IT CAN BE ANYWHERE.WHEN MESSIAH RETURNS EVERYTHING WILL BE COMPREHENSIBLE. AMEN---IF THE YANUKA IS THE RABBIS MESSIAH SURELY PROPHET ELIJAH COMES BEFORE THE MESSIAHSOMESSI MESSIA THE YANUKA CAN NOT BE MESSIAH ,IF HE IS THEN SURELY THE YANUKA IS FRAUD AND A FALSE MESSIAH.AMEN----LOOKING FORWARD TO YOUR COMMENTS RABBI.

Just to clear the prophecies concerning Messiah arrival certain things have to take place first and foremost Prophet Elijah Has To Come First , Now From Where His Going To Come From Remains A Mystery With A Chariot And Horses No One Has Any Answers. Now We Hear The Yanuka Is The Rabbis Messiah Then Where Is Prophet Elijah . So Yanuka Can Not Be Messiah .If The Yanuka Is Prophet Elijah Then How Did He Arrive With Chariots And Horses, Surely No Mother Conceived Him.Then The Yanuka Can Not Be Elijah Nor The Jewish Messiah. Then Who Can The Yanuka Be? Rabbi Your Comments Are Crucial --Who Is The Yanuka ? The Yanuka His Not Elijah Because He Was Conceived In The Womb But Neither Can He Be Messiah. Then Who Is The Yanuka ? DOES ANYONE HAVE AN ANSWER? RABBI JACOBSON DO YOU HAVE AN ANSWER?

As a life long "atheist" myself this hits home. The God I was told to believe in never logically made sense to me because of this theory of our singular definition of existence.. now I know and understand my own ethos on a deeper level. I always believed that there must be something more and I felt there is something higher than us but I must find it on my own, like waiting to be touched by a holy spirit instead of instructed to just believe because of others theories. If God is real, words in our language will never be enough to prove this or that when trying to define such a thing.

I just found you a few weeks ago. I have listened to a few of your teachings. The reason I keep listening is because you speak about the profound in a simple way. I’m nobody in particular and my ideas and opinions are not worth much, but I share them with you from a place of meeting you in love since you asked, “what do you think?” I think many times in your talk here I literally almost cried. Your points and conclusions are one that I came to through just struggle of experience and being stubborn enough to go through the pain of coming to the end of myself and instead of deciding to die from this human experience, deciding to live only because I really wanted to understand in this human form. I felt that I was just missing something to be so miserable and I just had to find out what that was. I was taught that the ‘right way’ would lead to happiness and peace and I diligently tried to do what I was told God expected to get those qualities to function in my life. I am guessing you are laughing at this point as I think you know this leads to a dead end. BUT it is an important dead end to come to in order to find the path that never ends.
I don’t have your training. I don’t have the same amount of physical information you have. But, my pushing in and not giving up when I finally came to total hopelessness and choosing to pause in the hopelessness to see what was there instead of just end it gave me a total new perspective on what is possible and what really is and is not. It opened the gate for the very first time in my life to feel peace and joy. No, not all peace and joy but the amount I can handle. Peace and joy are very very painful things to experience, especially at first, when you have only known by experience their opposites. Going for truth is freaking painful and I get why hardly anyone would dare to keep going for it and never stop. It’s being willing to face and go through the pain of losing one’s identity little by little, letting go of EVERYTHING for an extended time and not just for a moment, that the breakthroughs have come for me. I have gotten more used to the feelings of peace and joy which for me comes from believing God is love itself. It is not only His nature it just is Him. Well I speak in human terms which are limited as you are aware. And then what is love? Such a beautiful word which we never fully understand but can slowly know and feel as we go along our paths. Love brings peace and joy with a whole slew of other things like a light refracted into colors.
But what I really think, since you asked, is that I am profoundly grateful to hear another human being be able to share so eloquently what I learned the hard way. Somehow it is a gift of being heard that I did not necessarily need, which makes it an unexpected gift that I fully accept and enjoy. Thank you for being willing to be the ‘arms of God’ to love me in the form that proves to me that “He” is there and loves us all so very much just because that is what He is- which I can never prove to anyone else is true, but does not make it less true if I cannot prove it. Choosing to believe God is that good has only helped me to push in to those areas of me that disagreed with it being true. Sooner or later those areas lose themselves by getting enveloped in Love too and melt into being healed.

I bless you for hanging on and "working out your own salvation" to quote something from the New Testament, something apparently not grasped by many readers of the NT. My life has never been as hard as yours, but it has been a hard fought battle, sorting out the valuable parts of what I was taught and the valuable parts of materialist science, and finding a way to surmount the two of them and find joy, peace, and a source of love inside myself. Still, many Christians aren't ready for Truth on this level, yet... That's okay. I look at it as those folks are in grade-school, and not yet ready for middle-school...
I wasn't born ready for middle-school. I had to go through grade-school first.
I look at it this way: You ain't ready for "Physics 303" if you can't grasp why 1+1=2 without having to memorize it...

Nothing. And, before God? Nothing. A 'nothing' that neither could be said to exist, nor not to exist, because both are dependent upon duality, while a unity of nothingness cannot. @@Meaningfullifecenter Good day , I have to say that you are leading people away from the Lord of hosts (from the bible in basic terms) with your teachings. You are causing huge spiritual shifts across the spiritual realm , because when you blow out the light in a believer by teaching false doctrines and people believe it ,they fill up with a sinister darkness , then a spirit from hell enters into them and they turn directly towards the person who blew the light out in them and they pursue relentlessly. The only reason why you may not have experienced it yet is because the people are on the net far away from you , if there are people close to you who you've done it with just take a moment to think how they have changed , other believers out there in the world have to fight spiritually against the spirits you release. When the darkness enters they become destruction , destroyers. Then they start doing all kinds of hatred filled activities , drinking , smoking , disrespecting parents , casual sex , swearing , beating people because they have a grudge , you caused the light to leave them, I also used to tell people incorrect information to lead them away from the bible and it was horrific demonic activity , possesed people after me. I turned to Jesus and the Lord and the Lord took the Leviathon away by it's nose ring eventually but there were many years of terror first. Jesus said what you bind on earth you bind in heaven and what you loose on earth you loose in heaven. I pray this never has to happen to anyone anymore

I struggled with it all for many years looking for someone to give me answers but that never came. I battled on and had a NDE when I was 15 and had a vision similar to the movie Dr strange. I'm 45 now and often sit quietly trying to understand all those things I went through. I too have had this epiphany or revelation of simplified (father, mother, child) and also the magnified derivative or (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) Trinity (or the number 3). As well as in other practical derivative applications in life choices and spiritual beliefs. Also, the dualistic internal fight against good and evil self (Heaven/Hell) at times. I believe these are supernatural tests of each person's spirit/soul. When I perceive opportunities (very numerous) to choose the way that aligns with the principles of Loving God, I prosper (as well as those around me). When I aligned or have mistakenly chosen the path that does not align with Loving God's principles and wisdom (as written, the Word), it is proven out to be disastrous for myself and those around me. I believe the consequences of any one personal sin lingers to the third generation. Thanks for you comment. I appreciated it. Thank you Rabbi. It strongly occurs to me the numbers one, two and three are very important taken together and separately in the quest for understanding.

11:00 There's a growing theory in Cosmology put forth by Roger Penrose, a very widely respected British mathematician and philosopher that the "Big Bang" only represents an end of one epoch and the beginning of our own. In a really rough way of saying it, he suggests the Universe is actually "bouncing" between Big Bang (singularity, total energy) and Heat Death (emptiness, no energy). He has spoken extensively on Consciousness as well. Really interesting guy.

We were mislead from the beginning when Source was defined by human mentality in the form of a grandfather figure meant to give us something to relate to. Source don't take sides like a parent Source gives us free will and we are responsible for the choices we make. Source in Its wisdom and perfection made us perfectly imperfect so that we might know how to appreciate diversity.

I then proceed in examining them of their knowledge of math and science to find out that they know very little or nothing of what they profess. It is quite funny 😁 . I didn't really have to make it any farther than 3 minutes into your video to realize how you see atheism.
The issue arises because you seem to imply that if atheists do things that are "good" it falls along things that are godlike, more specifically your particular flavor of God.
To be fair, not a single person can answer what a God is completely because we all have different ideas on it.
It'd be rather nice if God just came down and settled things but for some reason decides to stay hidden so that we can bicker amongst each other about which God is true and which God isn't true and who is right and who is wrong and blah blah blah blah blah.

Yeah, there may be other planets out there with the capacity for life but until I see one with my own two eyes I'm not going to live my life as if we're surrounded by other beings on other planets, that takes an extreme leap of faith. If the only reason I have to believe in God lies in man-written texts, that's not actual proof that God exists. If someone produces a grainy, out of focus video of a dot that could be a UFO, that's not proof that its an extraterrestrial craft being flown by aliens.

Yamaoka Tesshu, as a young student of Zen, visited one master after another. He called upon Dokuon of Shokoku.
Desiring to show his attainment, he said: "The mind, Buddha, and sentient beings, after all, do not exist. The true nature of phenomena is emptiness. There is no realization, no delusion, no sage, no mediocrity. There is no giving and nothing to be received."
Dokuon, who was smoking quietly, said nothing. Suddenly he whacked Yamaoka with his bamboo pipe. This made the youth quite angry.
"If nothing exists," inquired Dokuon, "where did this anger come from?"

Once a physics teacher said to his students: our solar system and arguably our etnire universe is a place of frequency and even humans are in frequency. We have our daily routines, habits and rituals we repeat again and again, every day of the week, and sometimes the wave length is bigger, like celebrating new year. This brings me to the unconscious choices we make, and the 'energies' that cross our paths. If I leave my residence at a certain moment because I go for a walk for example, the things I encounter will be different than when I would leave 5 minutes later. Why do I do things at a certain moment and not earlier or later? Outside 'energy lines' cross my own personal 'energy line' and these are the encounters that form the experiences I live through. Maybe these encounters might even contain messages from beyond. Messages that we may even notice visually. Like e.g. two large ships pass by, following each other very closely. One ship was named 'Deo Juvante' and the one close behind it was named 'Adante'... translated both together: god helps, in moderate pace. A message telling me to have patience?! If I would have left the house earlier or later I would never have encountered this. Who knows...

I was raised my mother Jewish father Muslim with both Religions. I am agnostic or atheist I love religion find it beautiful and find many wonderful things that come from it. I say I am atheist or agnostic because at times I don't believe in any form of afterlife at others I prefer that there is no God. But that's because I have seen to much pain and experienced too much pain and look forward to the end. I am terminal but don't know if days or a year or two left. I spent my life working with the poor and hungry. I was left a trust so I didn't have to work for money so I wanted to do go do as much good as I could. So I spent almost twenty years working with the Catholic religion since they were doing the most good in my area. I think if there was God I would spend a eternity expressing my disappointment but that would go against a God since I would have a greater understanding at that point. I have seen things that truly can't be explained by science. My own life still being alive is miraculous I have survived 19 situations no one else has. I studied religion at length and find merit in it. I am atheist because I don't want there to be a afterlife. I'm agnostic because leaving out my biassed nature I would believe in God. What that God may be I couldn't begin to understand nor would I be ignorant enough to think that I could understand if there is. I would often get asked why I did the work I did if I didn't believe in God and I would answer that if there isn't a God then to change the world we must take the actions ourselves. Had I not had such great abuse's in my life experienced such pain I would likely not have the biases that make me atheist. Had I not experienced things that science can't explain I could easily be a atheist completely. So depending on the time I am either agnostic or atheist. But these are through my filters that I have I can't say leaving my biassed nature seeing certain things experiences I have had I would not be able to say there's no God. So I admit freely that when I am atheist it is a result of my biassed nature. And when I'm not as arrogant I'm agnostic understanding when I don't know and what I can't explain I don't know.

Another extrapolation: "You can see the wind blowing the leaves of the trees, but you cannot tell where it comes from or goes." -- Jesus (paraphrase)
What you say about the medical profession actually does is summed up for me from this little anecdote from my childhood:
As a small child, around five years old, I first visited my uncle Harlan's home. He was a physician and had a very beautiful three-story house that even had an elevator, far beyond anything I had ever imagined. The Ritz!
After seeing all this I said to my uncle that being a doctor and healing people must pay a lot of money. He hesitated for a brief moment then said the thing I'll never forget: "Doctors collect the fees; but God does the healing.".
