Hey Mark, awesome video and I've probably watched it five or six times. Thanks for all that you do to promote the industry we work in.

Very informative video! Thank's for sharing!
But i got a question: What kind of tooth/cutter would you recommend for mulching up brush piles?

What are your thoughts on quadco knives for the paddle style wheel? Thinking about trying them out.

I'm in southwest Virginia about 45 minutes from the Tennessee border, rocks everywhere :( I love the chipper knives but have to stick with carbide.

Yeah, unfortunately that is a down fall, but thats what you have to use when in that kind of environment.

What’s the cost each or to replace a drum?

I use carbides. Knives cut better, but have to be sharpened twice daily in my use, and the knives don't last long.
Put the carbides on and let it eat

The prices are going to very a little bit depending on the dealer so take that into consideration, but i will give you the prices I pay here. We pay $26 a piece for the Samari. $68 for the smooth drum double carbides, and $71 a piece for the paddle double carbides. You also can buy shovel styles that are two pieces and will cost you $78 for both pieces but after you install both pieces you only have to replace the shovel part from that time on, which are about $24 a piece. Thanks for watching, i appreciate it.

Lighting is terrible on displaying knives;wish your lighting was better.
