How to hang and pull better

  • I promise you, You can do a better pull-up.
    Pull-ups are hard. Especially when you are doing them with better and better form. Each time I watch someone who does a pull-up with better form than me I’m inspired to work on my own form. I hope this message helps you to work on your pull form so that you can pull stronger.
