VOTE NO AND NO.PROTECT YOUR MAMMY AND THE FAMILY.
Protect from what? They're not being attacked. The only thing we need protection from is your dumb opinions
Vote NO!
Praying for Ireland 🙏🏼
God bless you Father. A beacon of courage and intelligence in dark times.
The Bible says call no man on earth your father. It’s v clear about this.
yes, God bless you.
Vote no from London 🙏

Thanks from IRL.
Stop telling us to vote stupidly like British
@@RobertK1993chill out
Mary Lou McDonald said if the referendum doesn't pass that they will hold another referendum until it passes.
HOW DARE THEY NOT ŔESPECT THE PEOPLE OF IRELAND.
That's what will happen these days our idiot citizens voted for these clowns.
Who the hell is she to say that. When the people speak then that is it.
Sinn Fein is fake nationalists!! They're all puppets of international globalists !! The original founders of Sinn Fein are turning in their graves now !!
SF is fake!! Disgraceful!!

It's a NO for me x 2
Hope the Irish people will see the wrong this government have done and are still trying to do...
I won't make any difference. They'll change word or two and put it up again until they get you to vote yes.
@@KitiwakeSinn Fein said as much. That brings us to the EU and upcoming national elections.
Better to vote in green as cabbage first time independents in every seat in the Dáil and massively slow down the legeslative process, than people tied to a party machine taking money and instructions from external actors.
@@KitiwakeDefeatist attitude. Get out there and vote NO, and do it again and again and again.

I'm voting NO NO. Thank you father 🙏🇮🇪
VOTE NO. Save yourselves from this tyranny!!
I have read of surveys carried out in America where at least 80% of mothers would prefer to stay at home to raise their children and then go back to work when that task was done. If a honest survey was carried out amongst irish mothers it would be nearly 80 % too.
Is that socialist
When a relationship breaks down 90 % of the time it's the dad that has to leave the family home.
What dad would drag there offspring away from there mother when he has no home or belongings anymore.
Is it ok for the mother to move out of town without letting dad no where his kids are.
What's happening to Ireland is a test to see how much government can get away with.
Refining there control skills before unleashing the wolves on the rest of us.
Making money from broken family's by inslaving fathers and not giving a hoot about what's best for the kids.
there organised crime teams keep family's devided for there own benefits and gain insuring the next generation will also fall into there traps.
Could not agree more! NO & NO must be the response. A woman's place is in the Constitution. Thanks Fr.Brendan - 😉👍👏👏👏🙏🙏🇮🇪🙏🙏
A note to the woman in the Constitution:
As a woman, you are a basic unit of humanity.
I am not a woman, but I am a basic unit of humanity.
On my own, I am not able to produce a basic unit of humanity like myself or like you.
To be able to produce a basic unit of humanity like me or like you, I would have to get together with a basic unit of humanity like you but not like me.
Together we would then be the basic unit of society.
The basic unit of society is first made up of three; a basic unit of humanity and the two that are necessary to produce it.
Only the family is the basic unit of society.
@suino1433 if the irish wanted basic humanity rights then why don't the unborn have any rights to live? Reminds me of slavery when people said blacks didn't qualify as a human.......same with the unborn.
Vote No.
And once more with feeling.
I am glad to see there is a broad range of society coming out against these changes.
Fair point, please God we have enough depth to carry No-No.
I will be voting an absolute responding NO!
❤ me too.
Vote No and No!
Unfortunately your the only priest talking about this where are the rest of our priest's and bishops.... In hiding as usual.. vote NO NO God bless you Fr Brendan we need more priest's like you watch your back....🙏🙏🙏🙏
Yes their still hiding from their discreasfull pro vaccine satanic behavior showing little or no succour for their flock shame on the bishops for siding with the anti christ😢😢
Thank You Fr Brendan!
Father you and your team of people, thank you for your irish 🙏 spirit may jesus help us .im and my family of 10 people and friends 55 people in wexford vote No No .Everyone please 🙏 vote No 👎 👎
I will be voting no x 2. (Our country is undergoing a plantation. These referendums are part of that plan, also).
Sadly true. And the managerial class of the Church (actually Christ's Church) has aided and abetted in this plantation (and replacement by muslims, who are more welcome than some Christians into our churches and our youth's lives). God, thank you for great men like Fr Brendan. He's got balls....not like the eunuchs we have as "leaders" in Church and State
Agree with you Father 100%.
I'm voting No and No
Thank you Father
It’s a No and No from my household.
As long as the votes aren't tampered with Fr; God bless Ireland .
Amen
Bring your own black biro to ensure no tampering.
Also if the outcome doesn’t suit the government no second vote like the Lisbon treaty.
An advertisement placed by Kilkenny County Council in a local paper says you can apply for a postal vote ‘If publishing your name and address would jeopardise your safety’ - and then you would be able to vote by post and remain anonymous.
The votes should be counted before they leave the polling Station to avoid corruption.
Vote NO NO.
Voting NO to both, thank you Father for talking about this issue
Thankfully, our bishops have come together today and prayed that everyone votes for a NO VOTE.
of course! what else would expect from these r.c. gobshites
I am a Catholic raised in Ireland. Educated by the Dominion nuns. Had many interactions with priests and i have nothing but great things to say about these people. I was blessed with an amazing upbringing and so lucky
Lucky you, so many people had hellish experiences with Nuns and Priests.
@@soeffingwhat ...they did 😔😔😔🤢🤮🤮 but the point is so many didn't . These men and women devoted their lives to Christ and to only helping others... (I hope and believe the priests/nuns who have done wrong will face Gods wrath).God bless you.
@@danielmclaughlin2190 I don't necessarily believe that, but I'd certainly like to think you may be right.
Im voting NO to article 41 next Friday, I entirely agree with you Brendan that the family is superior to all positive law. Our woke Government wants to introduce the words "durable relationship" into our constitution; these words are not defined in law. Durable means hard wearing in the oxford dictionary.
Further, marriage in law is based on contract / consent with obligations. If this amendment goes through, a bigamist or a sex trader / brothel keeper could successfully argue in Court that they were engaged in a durable relationship. There is no mention of consent in the proposal.
(There are issues concerning migration and tax bands, which I don't intend to discuss)
Time span: The proposed amendment to Article 41 failed to express how long a relationship might have to exists to become a " durable relationship"
From an entirely legal point of view these amendments are unworkable. Michael McDowell SC has given legal opinions which confirm my views.
From a moral point of view this is immoral, and a further degrading of the Christian family based on a loving consenting marriage between a man and woman.
As for delating the word 'family' from the institution of marriage ; this will be used to deny natural rights to christian families based on marriage, love and respect.
Thanks Brendan, I was delighted to see a priest speak out on this outrageous proposal.
Sean
Thank you so much for reading & understanding this document. It is not only against Irish women and children. But, once it is passed in Irish government. It will be passed in English government not long after.
Excellent talk
Well done Fr Brendan

Ireland an economic success with 270 billion in government debt, I doubt it. Otherwise you're bang on . Vote no to their lies. Its not the Irish people they serve but our debt masters.
The Budget for 2023 and 2024 are surpluses. That debt is of course horrible but slightly missing the point.
@@johnnotrealname8168 a surplus indeed for 2 years but how many years past and for certain future budget deficits have we had and will have. What is it costing to service this debt annually
If I ran my business like Irish government I'd be gone out of business a long time ago.
@@danhealy3261 That is with most governments. However a surplus is a good sign.
@@johnnotrealname8168A less bad sign. Cannot be interpreted without looking at the mountain of debt.

27000 people left this country for Australia last year. No matter what the vote is in this referendum, this country is dissolving before everyone's eyes.
Are you sure all of them did? In any case, Irish emigration really disillusioned me about the people. It is like they hate their country.
@johnnotrealname8168 it was actually this year. Up from 10000 last year. I get the same impression, the Irish youth have no intention of being Irish, Catholic, or otherwise. The Americanisation of our country is all but complete.
@@dannydore8038 To think that a colonised country within a century has abandoned the reason why she sought independence.
I agree. Ireland is dissapearing before our eyes week by week. Utterly upsetting and shocking.
So True 😮😮
Thank you Fr Brendan. You explains the wreckless situation regarding upcoming referendums if thers a YES vote. Well lm certainly voting a BIG NO. Hope everyone else will do the same . God Bless 🙌
At all masses until voting day, priests should aggressively advocate for NO/NO from the alter.

Fr Brendan may our Lord bless you with his mighty right hand. Thank you for speaking courageously about this insanity taking place in Ireland. The Irish constitution on this point got it so right that the devil certainly is doing all he can to erase it. Oh how I wish we had you as a priest in our Parish!!! Great to finally see a man of faith willing to stand up and spread a positive message based in faith! Hope to see more common sense on other issues! #Gen129 #Lev2510 #Exe4618
Thank you Father. You have been very enlightening.
Marriage, parents, Mother, Father, children, home, family, morals, ethics, community, remove one aspect of any of this and the whole thing crumbles because it is all inextricably connected, it does not exclude anyone but acts as the concrete foundation where we can all turn to, or return to, as that safe haven those dependable family members and the community that creates, your home, your mother and father, your family, work hard to hold on to it, or just smash it all apart, Vote NO and NO
Thank you Fr Brendan for your fine argument on how we should vote on the 8th March. I will be taking your advice and voting no to both.

IRL is gone and I am deeply upset but have to move on as it is bad for mental health.
The missionary Religious helped poor countries. Educated their children and made life better for these poor people.
And they mostly moved to Europe😶
Vote no to the lot and let them keep their noses out of the Constitution for 20 years. No good busybodies that they are.
Voting No and No
I’m from New Zealand. We’re seeing a return to old values. My daughter isn’t religious but she and her partner of eight years wanted to get married. Her partner even asked me for my blessing. They now have their first child (daughter) who is the darling of both families. My daughter’s friends are opting for marriages too. Families are becoming more important again. There is no greater vocation than that of mother.
There would have been no education for the Irish only for the Catholic Church.
👍 Many forget this.
There would have been no child abuse for the Irish only for the Catholic Church.
God Bless You!
I live in Ohio and we had ballot issue last year that enshrined abortion in the Ohio constitution
They developed the contraceptive pill, the morning after pill, intra uterine abortificants, hormone implants, and the direct assault, abortion. Guess what?
They said it gave us freedom. But whom are they speaking about? The woman who is the centre - does she feel free or used? The embryo, disturbed from its sanctuary - does it feel free or rejected?
I doubt it. Alot of these notions need to be revisited, discussed with the insights of intelligent people and not popular conformity.
This, and the present attack on women, the family, and the constitution, done with little debate, should be viewed with suspicion.
They want to break and destruct every useful institution, the positive human bonds which are treasured, together with the foundation stone in society itself, the family.
Vote ❎ No.
That is so sad.
As an American I'm terrified to see Ireland go this direction. Ireland and Poland are sort of like a last stronghold in many regards. I won't go full eschatology here, but I'm sure many are feeling it.
I think a few more years of this will make many ..realise.
I am voting No! No!
The nuns told us to always vote NO in a referendum. They told us that the Constitution was designed by our forefathers who were honourable men and that todays politicians are not honourable men and this was in the 1960’s.
Were they the same Nuns that threw the bodies of dead children and babies into a sewage tank?
@@IrishSonstop telling lies & propaganda. That has been debunked.
Thank you for speaking up.
Vote NoNo
Vote No No !!!
I will be voting no!. Perhaps Government could start a conversation on how mothers could be encouraged to stay in the home, if they so wished by giving them an allowance.. Mothers do play a vital role and just look at the amount of hours worked meeting the care and needs of our children, which we do by the way out of the love and responsibility we have for them. Some husbands, partners appreciate the valuable work done in the home by mothers but not all. Perhaps its time for the mothers in the home to voice their opinions on the difficult aspects eg lack of money but neverthelessless want and will stay at home. Money spent on this referendum would have been better spent and given as a gesture to mothers.
Impressive godly argument. From an Australian woman in the slurry of our politics…
Thank you For Brendan I will be voting No and No people are so confused by this most people I spoken too have no idea
Yes, this us the frightening part, especially women, would you believe - its unbelievable, but sadly true. Mothers must understand how important their role in the family is. As someone who is single with no family but working closely with families, I am so convinced of this truth - we must do all we can to help young mothers see this. Thank you, Fr. Brendan 👏 👏 👏 👏
