I wonder if all the 1950s programs produced by Roland Reed Productions used that iris in and iris out. Looked similar to "My Little Margie" and "Waterfront." Also noticed with some amusement that a 1953 Nash played a pivotal role in getting "Yvette" from the dress shop to the Erwins' home!
June's friend, Adele Johnson is actress Leila Bliss. Ms. Bliss played the tipsy Mrs. Shellhammer in the original "Miracle on 34th Street" (20th Century Fox, 1947). June Collyer's brother, TV gameshow host Bud Collyer, was the voice for the radio & Fleischer Bros. versions of "Superman". 😎👍

To my recollection the Iris "wipe" was used in all the Roland Reed Productions. You are right, gotta' love that Nash!
Jackie is played by Sheila James who played Zelda on "The Many Loves of Doby! Gillis".
