Network issues when I talk on calls with this neckband. My partner and I use the same neckband. When we both connect it and talk on the call, after 1 minute of talking there is no sound or reconnecting. Please give me a solution for this. Pleaseeee😢
Please try to call with another mobile phone or you can replace it if it is in replacement period...if not resolved then last option is Service centre.
Aur ye left buds right bud ke speaker ko nahi chipakta.... Muze right buds se kabhi kabhi jada volume sunai deti hai left buds se.. Isme koi issue toh nahi hai na

Please ek video banao ki 10 watt ke charger se kitna time lagta hia aur 20-33 matlab fast charger se kitna time lagta hai... kyuki company ne mention nahi kiya hai lekin ye fast charging support karta hia with fast charger but 10 watt me 1.5 hours se jyada lagta hai

Neckband de problem nahi jo wire diya jata hai usne dikat hai , bht kan mahink mein damage ho jata h

one bud ke magnet ki side dusare bud ke speaker ki side pe chipak jata hai .. Aur ye ek right burd hi chipak jata hai.
Ha to usko ache se back side se chipka diya karo na...

Haa wo ek side wala hi chipkata h speaker se. Dusra nhi chipakta...and volume kam zyada hai to change karwa lo.
