Does it make me a bad person that once they won the coinflip to go to Broadway I started thinking about what the music would be? 'Cause I've been rewriting a song from *Les Miserables* to become "Do You Hear The Bridges Fall" for a couple minutes now and I am scared
I was playing ETS2 and working through the Trashfuture back catalogue the day the John Taliban episode came up. It was such a surreal experience, I wasn't sure I hadn't dreamed it until I played it a second time.
5:37 Funnily, the only show that I would expect could kill an actor on stage and profit from it would probably be "Well There's Your Problem On Ice". Given how preventable deaths are kind of your whole thing, I bet the media would descend on that story like vultures, which results in a bunch of free advertisement.
About one hour after upload, there are eleven comments, including this. Of those, two companies or individuals made two spam comments each. They’ve gotten out of control.
I don't know how this would adapt to your usual format necessarily, but I would LOVE to see your reactions to what I would like to call generally "engineering shorts with zero context." That includes the shorts on fb, insta, yt etc. that feature ~something (we're not sure exactly what) related to construction/mechanical/machines/disaster in a way that the subject is confusing, precarious or stupefying because it looks strange, wrong, or incredibly dangerous. And no context is provided in the details other than something like "wowwwwww" or "wait for what happens next 👀" And of course you wait to see what happens, the video ends, and you're not sure if you saw the thing they were telling you to wait for! Incredibly frustrating, and so I would absolutely love to see your different reactions, either your assessments of what might be taking place, serious or joking, as well as your shared annoyance when you have no idea what's going on. Love y'all
So what you're saying is my plan to make a jukebox musical adaptation of Batman Under the Red Hood featuring the music from the Nine Inch Nails album "Hesitation Marks" might not pan out?
I’m working on redacted on broadway right now and I can confirm everything outside of these doors is a dentist musical. So had. Fuck Long Island New York, that’s where the bad art comes from
Now I know why the theater industry seems to be completely stuck in time: no playwright can cross the flowchart of doom.

I’m pretty sure TWOAPW could qualify for the critics conference at the O’Neill if they wanted to go that route…

Really hope you discuss Carrie in the full episode because I feel like a musical where one of the leads nearly got decapitated is right up your alley
