Because rushing into a new relationship is a dysfunctional behavior that dismisses your feelings as if they don't matter causing unnecessary hurt for you and whomever you get with. Allow yourself to feel your feelings and process what they’re trying to tell you. If you lost a parent, child, or pet would you go out tomorrow and try to find a replacement? Take time to heal and learn from the loss so you'll be better in the next relationship.

I need to literally need to CLEAN my house. I've cleaned the inner house for years!! LoL probably more work on "stuff that wasn't " mine to begin w/. And now I know. Great video. It's a challenge to find a challenging or effective therapists. The ones I know are friends 😅😅😅. But I don't use them as my therapists. That's just wierd to do that.

You don't pour new wine into old wine skin. Definitely should have taken the time to heal, do shadow work, cut cords and reconnect to self. People definitely have to heal and birth a new them.

I’m so happy I went to an actual Psycho Therapist in the early 2000s who gave me tools applicable today.
**He told me the truth, to clean my plate and mind MY business. He released me but told me I could come back any time if I wanted to give him my money 😂😂😂😂**
I’m JUST FINE and retired early because I LISTENED and applied. Self Correction is key.
