Few things to be ready for are a new gas tank (free from dealer), airbags, locking shifter, 13pin transmission harness getting oil in it from bad O-ring design, entire front suspension (SuspensionDudes full kit), plus a few other things that can be fixed. I'm keeping my Magnum RT forever! Nothing else out there like it, except maybe an RS6 Avant for 100k, forget that, lol.
Hey, thanks for the heads up! I told Juliette about it, she appreciated it also. We already had to fix the shifter lock, (it broke in the driveway, thankfully) I'll definitely look into the suspension dudes kit, and the gas tank issue. I think our next fix is the door pins (the driver door sags and leaks a little) Do you know anything about camber correction? Her magnum is lowered on coilovers, which gives it some camber, but I didnt see any camber correction plates/adjustment. It doesn't look bad, but I didnt want her tires to prematurely wear. And the RS6 is pretty sweet, but its price tag is more than our house... so we would never buy one lol. Thanks for the support!!
Great car addition! I bought an 05 about 5 yrs ago as a daily driver. Finally rusted severely in the frame rails (AWD Winter car from the rustbelt) Enjoyed that car so much that i purchased an 06 5.7L RT from Cali as a replacement. One of the great additions that was done by previous owner was a fiberglass with Shaker vent kit. Really looks great with a shaker look! Can you tell me what the rear wing thing is that youre looking at changing to?

The wing we were looking at getting, im not sure if they are for sale yet. But a guy on instagram @pandadriven is making a mold of his, so he can sell them. I think he said they will be around 300$, all fiberglass, but still needs paint.
I have the same year and colour. Mine has double the odometer and never winces at having a blast. Full power and some. Make sure you have the dash airbags recall done. They are literally shrapnel grenades waiting, if you do not. Fyi. Also, thay exhaust is (mostly stock) i can bet the suitcase muffler is gone. That is where the big gargle comes from. Otherwise it is fast and quiet.

I believe the airbag recall was done, but we do have one for the clock spring in the steering column that needs fixed. The suitcase mufflers were removed, which I like. Dang, We have a lot of cars in common.. Sold my Magnum R/T couple of years ago.. Just Say NO to Borla.. DRONE.. I would recommend Magna Flo or Flomaster quite series.. after all this is your family car. Put the factory springs back up front and maybe cut part of a coil to get it sitting right. Cold air and a HP Tuner will really wake it up.. Love the way it handles.. As for awesome mod, how about Chrysler 300 M front end.. front clip in same color can easily be found.. Looks killer.. Have fun...

My favorite front end swap i think is the 2016 charger clip. Makes the car look brand new. But we will definitely do a CAI and a few other small mods for now. Thanks for the support! 🤘
Hemi’s are great engines just like ls engines. Cam heads and intake and they’ll make good power. Also if you regap the piston rings they can make 1k hp.

You're like the 3rd person that said they didn't like the borla haha. I'll definitely stay away from them. It is weird though, it has the stock cats and the stock mufflers. But there is definitely something funky going on. There are a few pieces of aftermarket straight pipe that is pieced in. And ALOT of aftermarket welds. It doesn't sound factory though. Eventually we will throw a good exhaust in it lol thanks for the help 🤘

Juliette said this summer for the magnum, she wants to buy a cowl hood, small duckbill wing, New headunit, and an exhaust. I just need to order them. I'm not sure if its the gear ratio, the converter , or what, but it doesn't take much gas (like 3000rpm) and it just naturally scoots. Like it WANTS to go fast haha. My single cab does that, but it only did it after I put a larger converter in it.
Hey, its weird. It still has the factory cats and mufflers. But there is a few aftermarket pipes they pieced in, and a bunch of non factory welds. So idk what they did, but they definitely did something to it lol unless they hollowed out the mufflers
