I loved that you mentioned it is OK to be OK. We often kick our own butts trying to be better than, or equal to. We just need to be good at what we do, and enjoy it rather than to overdo and overwhelm ourselves. Sometimes OK is the best possible outcome. Strive for great, sure, but don't beat yourself up if you don't hit that goal 100% of the time. LIFE happens.

Don’t do it …I have worked and assisted in 7 dealerships as managers and Manager/ estimator,the owners think it’s just a nice add..The body shop
struggle with minimal equipment and staff … they all fall from day one!! Dealerships - sales is #1 service #2 Parts #3 body shop #4……I worked in some that staff was split with parts and service … what a headache… or the body shop was doing a third of the dealership work…. If yo real want one go visit some dealers that have a body shop…. See the profit margin and you will see how bad the are treated….

Dang... I really know my way around a car but long story why but I have memory loss 😕 really want to do this for a living but maybe I should rethink it 😢 not working is really eating at me graduated my trade school 7 years ago feel like my ASE, CTE, and iCar certifications were for nothing
