Axis Bank is forcing credit card to salary based acounts through out sorcing. Even if we reject & inform the customer care centre by phone or Email, they will send it by blue dart, it will not reach us, only information we have send. Interest annualy will be debited without our knowledge. If Axis bank SB acount holders have this problem they can send a registerd letter to concerned branch, or contact banking Ombudsman if credit card is not deactivated within one month.
There r many Black sheeps in banks at Chennai Gopalapuram branch 10 yrs ago there was adequate funds in my accnt as such had issued a cheq go a Firm but bounced back was the complaint frm the firm & they sarcastically abused me for issuing I complained to their main Grievance cell the branch managr approached me to withdraw the complaint for which I refused latr though the cheq was passed there was no enquiry or action till date so . ...... ...
Dindigul sbi branch 1999to 2014years nominee register not up load in computer ......nominee register is a RDIS record it's destroyed by sbi.... Death person money laksh are not issued by sbi ......reason nominee register don't safe in sbi.... This nominee register not verified by audit section
An amount of Rs.436 was deducted from my SBI Account towards some PM insurance scheme last month without my consent or knowledge. When I approached the branch at Chennai, I was instructed to contact the customer service regarding the same as it is not under their purview.When I asked them how could they allow to debit from my account they are tight-lipped. Yet to get clarification. Very poor service by SBI.if you ask them a question twice they would frown upon us.
