Strawberry Lemonade Pound Cake

Hey Y’all,
Here’s a great pound cake with summer flavors! I will post a Keto recipe later this week, but in the meantime for those who are not eating Keto…a pound cake. 🥰
Ingredients :
8 oz cream cheese softened
3 sticks butter softened
2 1/2 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp each, vanilla, strawberry and lemon extracts
2 cups chopped strawberries
Juice of half lemon
2 tbsps sugar
Glaze:
4 strawberries chopped and mashed
Juice of half a lemon
4 tbsp soft butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
This cake turned out great a the family loved it. I hope you give it a try.

The cake looks amazing what make the cake rise can I add baking powder and pinch of salt

The eggs are what causes the cake to rise. Usually you add baking powder and salt or soda to cause it to rise if you don’t use as many eggs. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching!

I was given the opportunity to taste the cake.. it is soooo good.
Like The taste tester said, it's moist and delicious.
It would be good to serve this cake at a brunch. Or maybe as mini cupcakes.
