Hi John, i have just did then modification following your video. When i removed both doors panels, to my horror, the previous owner super glued the back panel and the cover of the window switch panel together. I have to drill through and tightrn the screw over thr top cover. I counter sunk it to flush as much as i could. The 2 screws on each side is visible now. I will get some black paint to paint over it so it will blend with the black pastic cover. The least i can do to mask it. Anyway, the end result is a solidly secure window switch panel. Hurray!!!!
