It is clamped onto the bone to make carving easier. The kitchen containers look to be genuine Art Deco from the 1920's as the vendor said. A great buy.
This is the Brocante /Flea market I was waiting for! I waited 4 days to watch on the weekend as it is my treat over breakfast to watch, with many pauses. I love the earrings! Just one observation: The camera was a little low at times and we saw Aya's elbow rather then the earrings she was trying on. Good position for tables though.
