Just had to ask, you travel so much. Isn't it expensive to travel to all these countries, hotels, food, etc? I could never afford to travel so much on my income, especially with the way prices are today. I guess you have to have a decent income to afford a lot of travel.
The gray container from 40:10 is a butter churn. The butter is pressed firmly into the upper part and water is in the lower part. This keeps the butter fresh and always soft and not as firm as in the fridge.

The heavy blue jar with the odd lid is for butter. The butter is packed in the bell and the jar is filled with cold water to keep the butter fresh. S.
