I've lately been in a slump due to my anxiety and depression diagnosis. I haven't been doing self-care at all. I stopped attending my classes and my room is a literal mess. I found this video on my recommended page just a day ago and WOW is it LIFE CHANGING. I don't know anything about Breanna but the amount of motivation this girl has radiated through a screen is just WOW. The vibes of this video...literally AMAZING. I did self-care today, washed my hair, took care of my body, decluttered my room, took my vitamins, journaled my thoughts, cleaned out my closet, and was also able to fit in a 4-hour study session along with all that. I FEEL AMAZING. Thank you so so so much Breanna for these amazing videos. I have decided that I'm gonna watch a video of yours every single day to get the productive vibes going.
