- I just wanted to pop in and give you guys a loc joureny update. I say several times in the video that it has been two and a half years, when really I am a month shy of two and half years. Nonetheless, this is an update of my journey since my two year anniversary.

@@MrsBreauxbody glad to hear. I cut mine off after 3 & 1/2; I regret it.... but i plan on restarting in March on my birthday. So by the time i hit 50, it will be back to the length I had.
