  • Lawrence and Steve are joined by former London Irish player, Henry Arundell, who tells us about his new life with Racing 92, what he’s learnt so far from French rugby and what it’s really like having Siya Kolisi as a team mate.
Plus Red Roses captain, Marlie Packer, joins from England's training ground as she delivers the latest news from camp ahead of this weekend’s Women’s Six Nations game against Scotland. And in our feature, 'Grow the Game with QBE Business Insurance’, Marlie talks about the importance of having female mentors supporting women in sport as she shares who have been some of the most influential women in her own journey.
Lawrence, Steve and the Evening Standard rugby correspondent, Nick Purewal, get together to preview the Investec Champions Cup quarter-finals, as they look at the strengths and weaknesses of the remaining teams before predicting their winners for this next knock-out round.
And with Lawrence about to head off on the last ever RugbyWorks Cycle Slam, you can find out more about his motivation for taking on the challenge or donate to his fundraising here:

Even on the field in every Springbok game there are English, Afrikaans and isiXhosa being spoken. It's for the English to realise that "kant" is Afrikaans for side and not verbal abuse for the opposition. 🙂

Totally made the right decision to go... When he come back to the UK, hopefully joins Quins or someone who will move the ball.
Needs to get more involved and not just stay on his wing... could become a special player

South African comment about 1 language was a bit idiotic? We have 12 official languages? How many do the English have?

Lawrence is still clearly emotionally hurt by being called a “doos” by a south African and only recently found the translation
