Managers changing like hats are a sure way of never winning anything unless u are real madrid since they have a world class player in every position. Its been a decade since Alex Ferguson surely its not the managers mourinho and van gaal were here their records speak for themselves. As for ten hag he took a group of teenagers plus some 'rejects' to the semifinals of the ucl going through madrid the defending champs and juve who were one of the favourites. Last season he showed what he was capable of so fix the team up and let him stay.

The issue in keeping Ten Hag is he only has one year left on his contract. You can't simply let the 3rd season play out and then decide, players will know that he'll be gone. If you want to continue, then you have to say hes our man and give him a new contract?! He is done!

That depends ultimately if you get rid of the players who won't be bothered to try if Ten Hag stays another year. Whilst this season has been total shite there's not really any candidates out there right now that are available and make you excited really are there. Plus I don't think the club can afford to pay Ten Hag off and then hire a load of new staff. I see him staying until the rest of the board etc are in place and the club waiting a year to try and get someone else that's not Potter or Southgate.

Agreed but also depends for them if they're at the stage of their career where they want to be. Bruno defo does care but then gets called petulant for getting angry no-one cares like he does. The others though sort of feels like they are really just there to grab the cash so don't want to lead the dressing room like that here. Thing is with Ramos and Ronaldo at Madrid they'd never had had to lead the dressing room like that anyway as they'd do it instead so maybe they're just not those sorts of characters, just spent a career in dressing rooms that already had those leaders.

They spent the first 16 games of last season outside the top 4. Got unbelievably lucky with the cup draws. Humiliated 6-3 and 7-0 by their biggest rivals.
He played the same starting eleven in every game and hes wondering why theyve got so many injuries this year.
I don't disagree with anything you've said here. The two glaring concerns I have are these; Firstly, if we ship off the manager, have we let player power win again? Secondly, if ETH leaves, who in world can Man Utd possibly hope to go after? From where I am sitting, all the proven managers are taken, and even the rising crop of managers are committing to their current ships.
That being said, this season has been a rather joyless procession I dare say.

The reality is its not just Ten hag, its every manager we bring in and you have to stop and say changing managers doesn't work, we keep bringing in great managers, then calling them trash. Rio is spot on. Give ten hag the proper structure, a clear out in the summer and improve the squad depth and see how he does next year. We have gone through enough managers, its time to stick with one. And if it doesn't work next season, by all means sack ten hag but give him the opportunity.

I don't think you really understand how broke financially the club is now given the failures of the last 10 years. They can't afford to pay off Ten Hag and staff for £15m, appoint someone else, pay them off in 12m and so on. From an FFP point of view club is in financial trouble.
