Vince did it to himself. He alienated his wife, his children and his entire support system. Then he brought in an outsider (Nick Kahn), made him his successor, gave him undisputed control over all the internals of the company, let him clean house on anyone who wasn't loyal to him (Nick) and is now probably shocked that the mechanisms of company are now being used against him.

I could see Vince not being at shows for while and somebody running it for him like Paul or whoever. I wonder if Stephanie left cause of this and maybe leaked cause she was disgusted by what her father did
if heyman runs it it will be gold
@@PAPITOFLOW6969 I agree
Vince is literally gonna be on smackdown TONIGHT

I'm not sure who exactly leaked the information to the press, but I think the email had the word "bro" in it 56 times. Ha.

For what? Having consensual sex with a grown adult woman?
@@freedomisslavery6840 if its all innocent and consensual...then why's he payin her $3 milly in hush money??
get your skateboards ready kids lol
I wonder if this has anything to do with the timing of Stephanie McMahon taking a leave of absence or quitting before this... My guess is it does since the WWE did a hell of a job burying her, a lifetime employee and daughter, on the way out!!!
Why do I feel this whole situation is becoming a lot like the Papa John scandal?
The day of reckoning is coming. Lol
I still don’t see why they say Triple H failed when they took his stars, moved the show to compete with AEW then almost immediately took it over. I stopped watching NXT when they kept dropping the talent on RAW/SD. I would have kept watching both AEW and NXT if they hadn’t done that.
I was going to make this comment too. Dave Meltzer is totally downing Vince here.
Because they had to blame somebody. And the first rule of being Vince or most other top executives is "it is never your fault, there is always somebody you can blame".
Because he was in Nick Khan's way and he wanted him out. Vince's best friend Nick Khan was probably very convincing on how everyone loyal to Vince McMahon in the company was a failure and how they all needed to go. Vince never saw the bullet with his name on it.
@@Jim-Tuner I assume you mean Nick Khan and not Tony. And Nick's power comes not from being "best friends" with Vince (I'm not sure where you got that), but from the financial deals and record profits he has "delivered" (or been in charge when they happened) for the share holders and board.
@@jonathanschmeh5709 I did mean Nick. The best friends thing was a joke. And I agree about Nick delivering results to the board. But I do think that Nick has systematically taken control of the company away from Vince McMahon. And that is not necessarily a bad thing. Especially for (as you say) the shareholders.
I’m convinced that there is no circumstances destructive enough that will ever prompt Vince to step down. He will pass away with that headset on in Gorilla.
in reference to Rita Chatterton, someone tell Dave that there can be no “relationship” if one of the parties says it’s not consensual.
And consent between an employee and their boss is nebulous, at best.
I know none of the details of this before I listen, but it’s Vince doing shady shit; it’s most likely true.
Leave it to Dave to ask "what does 'gave her like a toy' mean?"
So I’m not asking for my moral or what’s correct standpoint.
But legally does the fact that the woman signed a Nondisclosure agreement but then told her friend. Which then leaked it to multiple people. Would that mean the woman then be liable to return the money and that she was paid?
Nick Khan: "It was me along!"

@@drevandamva nahhh not that one, I'm talking about years from now when a director and studio finally get the chance a budget to make one and tell the truth!
The WWE is like a little universe. What happens there happens on a much grander scale in the real world. The world is a stage.
Vince is nothing compared to the big boys
Meltzer just ramble’s on and on about nothing 🤣🤣🤣
I didn't know Trish Stratus became a paralegal. Wow.
Old boys club says it all. Burn it all down to the ground. Purge all the gross, carney boomers from the company.
Could this be the downfall of VKM?
Nope.
Vince could commit a war crime and he'd get away with it
Look at his ridiculous Botox face & booking ideas-his downfall was many years ago.
Raw Is War crimes.
