Hi is it normal when you put the EarPods back in the case and shut the lid it stops connecting to the phone and you reconnect with the phone using the small button on the back of the case ? much appreciated if you can help 👍

Yes that's normal basically when u shut the lid the buds turn off and should reconnect when u open the lid and take em out
