This was the first game all season where we got real good pressure on the QB, although half of it was how good our cbs and safety’s did at covering all the passes he had.
As a Vol fan , hard to watch , clearly beaten in every aspect. I don't see anyone beating Georgia. Still proud of what we have accomplished. Interesting to see how we bounce back
This was a humbling experience for the Vols. UGA has been there. I remember when Kirby first got us to the #1 spot and it was hard to hold. We got humbled real quick. Heupel is doing an outstanding job with TN. You all will bounce back. TN got them a coach. I see you all winning out ending the season with only one lost and a top 6 bowl game.
Although I probably wouldn't have torn down the goalposts, I was so glad to see ya'lls win against Alabama. Even as a Dawg fan, that to me was the game of the century.
It was awesome. Ray Guy who passed away a few days ago is the measuring stick for punter greatness. Against Ole Miss Ray was seven yards deep in his end zone, he punted through the opposite end zone and the ball hit the fence 117+ yards away. He was the first punter ever drafted in the first round in the NFL.

They have alot of talented players. The Dawgs were prepared, and the Vols weren't. Congrats on a hard-fought game. The Dawg fans took Hendon COMPLETELY out of the game from start to finish. SEC football at its finest. Georgia's defense is a beautiful thing to watch! It's damn near perfection at every level. Defense 'still' wins championships, which is why I pick Georgia to win the Natty again.

This is what I'd been saying all week, TN isn't #1 in my mind, and won't be unless they beat #1, I was saying TN is a top 5 but Bulldogs are playing unlike any other team in the SEC. They basically seem like an NFL team toying with college teams. My guess earlier this week was GA wins by a TD and FG, or 2 TDs depending how things play out.
UT is 8-1 with their only loss at the defending champs when UGA played nearly a perfect game apart from an early fumble. Nothing to be disappointed about for sane people. Hooker played his worst game at the wrong time. Opportunities were there and missed repeatedly. UT isn’t going anywhere. They’ll be 11-1 and in the playoff. We might see a rematch.

As an Alabama fan, this Georgia team all I gotta say is damn!! Like what’s going around “Georgia is the new Alabama” Kirby is doing such a good job. As an Alabama fan I’m really happy to see what Kirby is doing and has done for Georgia. Good job Georgia, if it’s not Alabama or Ohio State or Clemson I just don’t see anyone beating Georgia this year. If Georgia plays at its best they will literally dog walk everyone. I only see Ohio State challenging them. Being an Alabama fan, we’ve been wounded this season but we will try to finish off strong. I just love watching Alabama and Georgia play. It’s always a good game. With us having two losses a lot of miracles will have to happen for us to play Georgia in the SEC Championship. But it’s the SEC conference anything can happen on any give day. So I still have faith in Alabama. Good luck Georgia!

I am really disappointed in Tennessee and this game. I really wanted a good game in this but the right team deserved what they got. Tennessee really thinks they can sneak away with #1? The bulldogs really showed the college football rankers who’s number 1. All those people that picked Tennessee to win, you were way wrong!
This is what I'd been saying all week, TN isn't #1 in my mind, and won't be unless they beat #1, I was saying TN is a top 5 but Bulldogs are playing unlike any other team in the SEC. They basically seem like an NFL team toying with college teams. My guess earlier this week was GA wins by a TD and FG, or 2 TDs depending how things play out.

UT is 8-1 with their only loss at the defending champs when UGA played nearly a perfect game apart from an early fumble. Nothing to be disappointed about for sane people. Hooker played his worst game at the wrong time. Opportunities were there and missed repeatedly. UT isn’t going anywhere. They’ll be 11-1 and in the playoff. We might see a rematch.
