I was waiting for him to throw the snowball at the board for the big reveal. And then he turned the camera and I realized it was real, they're so perfectly still and uniform.

I have the feeling that “The Sad Man” could be about depression, anxiety, or loneliness. The sad man is lonely, and he is wearing a mask that is smiling (and for depressed people, they pretend to be happy but are really sad), and he kinda did self harm by removing his nail. For anxiety, he found a friend but I guess didn’t really want to hurt her, but the girl found out his secret and he ended up hurting her for it
