Niantic made a mistake that they fixed 😆 costume pokemon had Com day odds for around 18 hours but have been fixed I believe 😂

Basculin red and blue stripe are not shiny released Tony, there is no proof of it online
There is bug, maryssa has 5 shinies of it

I hatched shiny blue stripe last night I can confirm.
@@MelhorAinda sorry I forgot to mention it but I literally found one single short on UA-cam where shiny blue stripe was hatched. It was the only thing I saw so shiny basculin forms have to be very rare right now
