For more than three thousand years, man has used the #burro to carry out domestic and agricultural tasks. In Spain, the #asnal # zamorano-leonesa breed is historically different. After living its moment of splendor in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, this breed has touched # extinction, as its usefulness in the modern rural world has ended. Thanks to the efforts of enthusiastic conservationists, and the determined institutional support, the Zamorano-Leonese donkey still roams these lands.
