This one looks safe but in general avoid people selling food near the Eiffel tower they keep it under the sewers. This is a legit business but avoid every other shady crepe seller. Non c'est pas un complot

Why di they fold once first before puttig the filling? Wouldnt filling before folding prevent the filling from pouring iut like the strawberry in this vid?
