I was once asked how many #insertAirline planes are flying at a specific time. Think more about those open questions and think through them on a daily basis. Read a lot!!!
I liked the video for content but mostly because speaker was so engaging, full of surprise punches and jokes. I think thats one of the hardest skill to learn and adapt.
Asking to give an idea or advice how to improve you platform or develop a new product during an interview unfortunately puts your company in the same range with false employers, who conduct job interviews only to get some job done for free by the applicants.
