I am a reiki practitioner level 2 and am currently training for my master certification so that I can go further with it. I've been practicing every day on myself the last few weeks after being trained in it a couple of years ago. I am blown away by how powerful it is. My library meditation class students encouraged me to build my social media around my reiki business. Maybe I will continue to teach meditation and perform guided meditations for others too? I am following my intuition and trying to listen to it when it speaks to me and not get lost in the details. Amazing and loving flow that I am in right now. Much gratitude and love to you.

I know my energy is healing and I want to stay hidden from evil wicked spirit energies so this is really hard for me because I don’t like them and my defense mechanism is to be an introvert. Because I swear I “JUST” got back from my mum’s place and it catapulted me into my past childhood 😰🥺😱😬from her abusive intensities she “STILL” 😑went into that energy of verbally abusive words etc and I’m a grown arse woman 👩🏼 😥. I did stand up to her a couple times but GEES! I swear it knocked me back a few dimensions 😣😖😭😭😭….. which I worked so hard to achieve 🤯😖. And YES….. I use every pos and neg as lesson’s and setting boundaries. But man! I’m entirely surrounded by 😢Master Manipulating Narcissists 🤯😭😭😭😖….. whom I OVE unconditionally. Shaking or walking barefoot on the earth and jumping and shaking your body for about 5 minutes activates your Qi/Chi energy. And I DO have fluff on my tummy since returning 😱🤯😢. Crazy. I have thought of moving towards the sun ☀️ state. And I AM a personal trainer and Zumba Instructor. I’m extremely intuitive and ultra sensitive my entire life and been criticized for being so. 🫤😏I’m trying to eat RAW fruit @veggie’s only. I’m trying love 💕🥺….. I was told by Spirit that my life purpose had to do with my VOICE 🤯😳😳😳….. so I stopped asking😂🫣🤭. My element is in the gym, as I have no problem yelling while teaching aerobics. But that’s it! I NEVER YELL! As my mother yelled intensely my entire life now add the Dementia and hearing loss my psyche’ when visiting literally “flatlined” as she literally “love 💗 bombed” me saying how great it was going to be if I come visit her….. on HER expense😳. She was super nice for like TWO ✌️ days….. then she slowly went into her old behaviors of verbally bullying me 😤😤😤😠. Gees! AND I never 👎 did rest. My body purged in ways I can’t say 😱😆🤣😂. I mean I KNEW what was going on….. on a higher perspective…. But DANG! It was hard to bite my tongue as I prayed 🙏 excessively to Creator Divine, my Angels and ALL my Ancestors ( spell check said ANT EATERS 😱😆🤣🤣😂 so had to go back, gotta love ❤️ that stupid A.I. pre school mentality spelling 😆🤣😂gees!) AND both parents 😳AND my past 4 husbands….. Dang! What life plan did I sign up for 😂!! I can laugh now! But seriously ☺️I go through different states of depression which I fight on a daily level to be grateful 🥹 🎉❤and joyous 🥰🙂…… oh AND my sister who stole my fathers passions after she changed his Will to gift herself EVERYTHING including a beach front Family Beach House Ocean 🌊 Front Property. My brothers and mine Birthright from 1912. I have so much wisdom from observing those who live from pride, greed, vanity and service to self. YES. I’m trying to find likeminded individuals which are nowhere to be found in this very religious sect area I’m living in now 😢. I can’t be myself and scared of sharing the wisdom I’ve learned, from having no voice growing up, being shamed daily. I’ve been judged and lied about often. Which I truly don’t care as I only live for my Lord Divine Father Creator Source. I worked for a fortune 500 company back in 2000 and my brakes went out on me on my way home from work. I was driving from Kenosha to Lincolnshire (Chicago) daily in both traffic jams of the day too. Otherwise it was a REALLY nice job and benefits. They tried to make me stay.
But yea, that's weird though because my brakes went out in Kenosha on a totally different car a decade later.
Then the brakes on my ebike were cut last year.

I truly thank you for this reading was for me Back in 2018 I want through mental Phycosis and it was very traumatic experience but my life changed upside down. Im very sensitive with energy. I don't like being around alot of people cause it freaks me out at times. Ever since then I've have to work hard on taking care of myself mentally physically and spiritual so I can be efficient. When I work on myself and displine myself on food I feel great and see progess, but when i slack off i dont feel as great. I see angel numbers. And I see the number mostly 7 and 17 alot I was born on the dec 17th. I also notice animals bugs that show up in my life that give me signs. This reading has been just big confirmation as my mom told me one time she had a Profit tell her that she has a son that will be very influential and people will look up to him and he will do great things and be a big deal. I needed to hear this. I have been struggling with getting a routine in place as we have had to move so many times. Getting the motivation now to figure out how to build a schedule. So used to winging it. :p
Can relate to this always been same since was a kid and it is strong sometimes and just want to be silent away from it all but have noticed when in spaces can feel energy of people also get full download on everything to do with that person along with health complaints . My goal was to have a calm life live by the coast spend days laughing and playing with my children baking cookies and singing to them . Hi, I’ve just returned home from a walk, and listened to this reading (31 March ) and could completely resonate with this message. My energy is SO flat write now and I was literally thinking about including a load more veggies in my diet and cutting out coffee as have been feeling so tired . I left my 9-5 as was so drained at the end of the day and I thought I was due to the computer screen all day. To hear that the issue is trapped trauma makes complete sense !! So I will take on board moving my body and eating higher vibrational foods.

I have always felt that my purpose is to help people. I have a huge fear of being in big crowds and even at work I rather be the quiet one in the back instead of the person getting all the attention. I also feel that something is holding me back and I can never get past a certain point in my childhood that can hold the key. ❤Doing a lot of this. Would be interested to see what you recommend for energy clearing. As to being seen... "Aw, Ma, can't I just do it from behind the curtain and not deal with the crowd?" I really value my solitude, even isolation. But this isn't the first time this message lands in my lap, so...
