Instant khaman dhokla ingredients-
1 cup Besan
2½ tbsp suji
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
½ lemon juice
¾ tsp turmeric
2 tsp refined oil
1 tsp eno/soda
Water as per requirement
Ingredients for dhokla soaking water-
1 tbsp mustard seeds
9-10 curry leaves
4-5 green chillies
2¼ cup water
9 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
