Being a professional Chef for 20 years, not a Bengali, but a big fan of Bengali cuisine, music and culture. I think this is one of the best vlog i have come across. Kudos to the people behind this channel. Wish I can know them and contribute. As far as the measurement part goes, invest in a good kitchen scale and a good recipe book, its worth it. Professionally it is recommended to record the recipes only in grams or Kgs, as conversion is easy and it is more consistent.

Everything is so satisfying in this video the cutting the grinding frying sprinkiling the spices the cluttering of the fish when it hit backs the pan the peeling of the onions the low soft bengali music which plays in the background the colours and finally the end result this is what a perfect world looks like.
