I did work at ICSI in Berkeley (International Computer Science Institute) with neural nets for an internship, while I was a computer science undergrad at UC Berkeley. It was clear then that if computer hardware kept improving, it would greatly empower artificial intelligence (a bottleneck at that time was the hardware).
It's important to recognize that ultimately, we're converging towards this conversation:
"I'm a small business owner who doesn't know accounting - I want you to prepare all documents I'm legally required to create. The only thing I want you to do is - ask me to give you the numbers and any supporting explanations you need to prepare those form. Keep your questions to the point, as terse and efficient as possible, so I can run my store."
In other words, it is akin to hiring an all-knowledgeable accounting employee (without actually hiring anyone). As you say, "we are empowered as long as we stay up to date with new AI developments" - I 100% agree.
We're fast approaching a day when the main job of accountants will be:
    1) represent cases to the IRS
    2) and examine the documents produced by the client business that their AI system created
    .

Yesterday, as I watched the announcement, I found myself eagerly wondering when your video would drop. My curiosity is finally satisfied! 🌟 For me, this is a major milestone. The straight-up interactions were impressive, but the potential for software integration (and dare I say, even hardware?) really blew my mind 🤯. It's amazing to see the future unfold right before our eyes, one API at a time. Also, I couldn't agree more with the sentiment that AI won't replace accountants, but it will replace those who don't use AI. Thanks, Jason, for always keeping us on the cutting edge! 🚀

How will we see when the voice app is visible and do we need a subscription or is it for everybody?

The way you immediately called me out for snarling at "mac user" felt very spooky considering the topic of the video 😂
