Props to everyone for keeping it civilized through a whole week of value pricing discussions 🙂

You are what you consume and you are the sum of the 5 people you hang with. Be intentional with who you hang with and realize the value of relationships. Good words to live by and contemplate. Thanks for a great episode!

A great quote...Saying no is saying no to one thing. Saying yes to everything is saying no to a lot of things. Choose your commitments, clients, etc. wisely. Your time and energy are your most valuable assets. Same for not saying yes to all clients. What a great episode today!!

Value is primarily subjective and both parties need to see the value. I won't do work for a price that doesn't make me excited to do the work. When the COVID lockdown ended in my area, I went to get a haircut for the first time in awhile. Everyone else had the same idea and the line was huge. I was in a hurry and it was important to me that I get a haircut, so I placed a very high value on getting my haircut. I offered to buy someone's spot at the front of the line, basically we just swap places and no one else gets effected. He said "no" to my first and second offer because he placed an even higher value on the hair cut.
