Hello! We try to stream every Wednesday at 11a Eastern. Sometimes we miss weeks due to conflicts, etc. but we do our best : ) Please let us know if you have any requests for content!
Great I’m curious once a vm is migrated to openshift virt. I assume you have to build ingress egress rules. This also means VM’s cannot keep there ip l? How do we handle dns . Seems like redhead. Talks out simple is to get the VM over there. If not, what happens after the VM is part of open shift
@@dnldnl4880 VMs in OpenShift Virtualization can connect to the SDN, like a Pod, and use ingress/egress for access from/to the world. Or, they can be connected to L2 networks, e.g. a VLAN, like with traditional virtualization solutions, where they are then directly accessible on the network. This would mean they can keep the same IP address as well.
There a less information demonstrate in this session. You do not guide what is PVC, How to build custom image. How to attached storage so many things not cover in this session. And also there is less document available of RedHat openshift virtualization.
you didn't get into the cool Argo GitOps screen at 52:36. Where do I find more about that mapping software capability?
discovered this too late when is the next one? is there a discord?
