NAH, I DONT THINK HE MENT TO SAY JET ENGINES ARE BORING, BUT MAYBE THE WAY OTHER PEOPLE EXPLAIN THINGS, CAUSE I CANT IMAGINE ANYONE SAYING A JET ENGINE IS BORING
I'm an airline mechanic. Basically, a difference in pressure on the wings create the lift. Same applies with propellers/turbines, which creates thrust, or lift going parallel to the ground
this video is hilarious! man i bet if the education system was as entertaining as this america would be producing flight engineers not wanna be gangster rappers and movie stars
wish we had such creativity with school and college teachers. very well done, excellent way to hook even the most amateur or uninformed but curious ones to take interest!

I'm learning about gas turbine engines right now ( ATPL theory ) and this is the best instruction video what I have ever seen. I would never believed that someone can make it so interesting and funny. Excellent and amazing, I'm paying tribute. Thanks
incredible video, best way to teach. even I'm very difficult to understand this lesson. but because of this video I can understand now, thank you! I Like so so much with the graphics its fun!!!
It was just helpful for me... because I am studying aeronautical engineering in India...and this books are very boring...and this video made me understand very well
water molecule is vaporized BEFORE they can reach combustion chamber due to hot gas during compression process. water vapor are just air, because water is hydrogen and oxygen.
Engines are designed so that they can run with water. It would've already evaporated and any remaining liquid particles will not affect the combustion a lot.
TheoneGodfather the combustion is sufficiently hot to not put the engine out, but flame outs due to unusually large amount of rain water have happened. Also with high bypass engines , where most of the thrust is generated by the blades which don't occupy the engine section i.e. Bypass, much of the water is just ejected by the blades and doesn't enter the compressors and combustion sections. The engines also have a spark set up to ignite fuel if the amount of rain entering is large.
pigs make Bacon the fan act as a propeller and most of the thrust comes from that. The primary flow (that goes through the compressors, combustion chamber and turbines) mostly provide the engine power.
Whoever made this did a really good job. They made something boring into something interesting. Cool way to learn about something new!!
+apiece ofdirt You think jet engines are boring? I don't even.
+apiece ofdirt Especially for the kids.
lol did you just say jet engines are boring?:D
NAH, I DONT THINK HE MENT TO SAY JET ENGINES ARE BORING, BUT MAYBE THE WAY OTHER PEOPLE EXPLAIN THINGS, CAUSE I CANT IMAGINE ANYONE SAYING A JET ENGINE IS BORING
well they make jet engines so you would expect that
Those atoms sure know how to have a hot party!
Yup.
They are called party-cles for a reason
Pete Said Those are molecules, not atoms
Dan Josh ehh... no
Uhh yes these are not ATOMS.. dumbass..
Its the middle of the night and suddenly for no reason I want to know everything there is about planes. How do they work, how does engine work etc....
I'm an airline mechanic. Basically, a difference in pressure on the wings create the lift. Same applies with propellers/turbines, which creates thrust, or lift going parallel to the ground
Good, your curiosity and determination to find answers will drive you to success.
ThatsMeSuperMan check out wendover productions if you haven't already
ThatsMeSuperMan same I always wanna know everything in the middle of the night hahahah
omg same dude
really enjoyed this video.. creative way to explain.. hats off
So while I’m on the plane freaking out about death from crash air molecules are having dance parties??
JayGot Games yes, they are
LOL
What's a crash air molecule? Think you need punctuation
Yes yes!
Don't worry about crashing. Travelling by plane is the safest means of transport - the accidents you see on TV are extremely rare, so don't worry.
this is what school would never be able to teach
Arman Ansari its not what you teach. Its how you teach it.
@@davecrupel2817 you are right
Arman Ansari you know what, brilliant students use own imagination after theories explained ...this video help the others ...
This video is very informative and nice use of graphics! Well done CFM / SAFRAN!
I'm a chemical engineering major and I've had a hard time visualizing what goes on inside an engine, so this helped out a lot. Thanks!
this video is hilarious! man i bet if the education system was as entertaining as this america would be producing flight engineers not wanna be gangster rappers and movie stars
Huge thumbs UP
kevlar kevin It's because America doesn't want intelligent people. It wants dumb people that are easy to control.
True
Amen!!
This is not as easy as you think... If you do engineering you will know... They simplified it to a large extent.
Is this an explanation, or an ad for a LEAP engine?
both
Both
@@ImSoNotSleepy Well its not like any of us could buy one. How much does one of those engines even cost?
MAY I SAY, NICELY DONE 100 THUMBS UP
no
May I say, turn your fucking caps off
God help them at Heathrow every 40 seconds.
Game circle 01 lol ik what u mean m8

Lol you litterly made me laugh out loud
Dear god that would suck
@@spidercubed9718 Literally wOOOOOSH!
now that's a language i can understand!!!!
What a wonderful video your creativted awesome 👌 like this videos are very important for every aeronautical student ...
The team that made this educational video needs to make more! Amazing job with the animations, voice over work, and explanations! Thank you!
My son : Dad, please tell me how planes fly
Me : uumm Son, it's air molecules have a party inside the engine..
One of the best demonstration of a jet engine.
This is the best lecture on flight I’ve ever seen 🔥🔥🔥
This is simply the BEST! Please make this into an educational series! We need more things like this as Aviation students!
How it make The sound Super Loud than a Ordinary Propeller??
best way to explain☺☺☺☺☺
One of the best educative videos I've ever watched !!
Wow this is a brilliant way of explaining things! Short and effective!
Good presentation..
Video was so interesting. Idea was so good.
OK that Video was really good!!
Just wow !

This is amazing! It helped me so much with my science project!
Glad we helped :)
Very cool demonstration
This is definitely an under-viewed video!! good job!
Beautiful way of explanation.😀
one of the bst explanation, unbelievable
The video is PERFECT, its so simple that makes even the beginners in aviation understand the idea of how the engine works, HUGE THUMBS Up 👍🏼
Never watched anything before like this, better than a animated movie
despite how cringe this video was, it actually helped me understand jet propulsion. I guess it deserves a like after all
im 28 and yes i find this entertaining and informative.
1:17 man, that level of detail... gotta love all those material maps!
Nicely done with simple explanation. Simple explanation but show, describe and expanded lot of details about the turbo engine.
Awesome video , this video understand me how the jet engine works ❤️😘😘
One of the best animations on this subject. Very didactic!
Great video - you learn something new every day!
i am a senior mechanical engineering student and i already feel that i learned something! wish our professors were air molecules.
Very well made video and animations!
I bet you can't find a better video on "how jet engines work" ! Great concept guys. Loved it 👌
what a cool way of explaining something so enormous.. creative and informative..thank you for the video!
Why is the end at the beginning and it skipped inside the engine but the audio is where it is supposed to be?
superbly explained......
Excellent Video
Wish i had such teachers who could teach me like this

Superb 👌 video, subscribed
I thought this was a Disney movie. This is great!!
It was just helpful for me... because I am studying aeronautical engineering in India...and this books are very boring...and this video made me understand very well
But how does it work in the rain?
water molecule is vaporized BEFORE they can reach combustion chamber due to hot gas during compression process.
water vapor are just air, because water is hydrogen and oxygen.
exact same principles just that the water molecules have different properties..
Engines are designed so that they can run with water. It would've already evaporated and any remaining liquid particles will not affect the combustion a lot.
when it rains you do not breathe?
TheoneGodfather the combustion is sufficiently hot to not put the engine out, but flame outs due to unusually large amount of rain water have happened. Also with high bypass engines , where most of the thrust is generated by the blades which don't occupy the engine section i.e. Bypass, much of the water is just ejected by the blades and doesn't enter the compressors and combustion sections. The engines also have a spark set up to ignite fuel if the amount of rain entering is large.
This Should be Shown on All Schools
Wow. Awesome dude.
Cool sort of explaination which possibly remember forever
I really like this video. It made me learn alot. It's so simple.

Very beautiful way to teach us thanks.
Best video and easily explained that i have ever seen in UA-cam.. Subscribed!!
Very interesting video
What a great way of explaining 😂
great video love it easy to understand
Great Work bro
Awesome Animation 😍
Does the air that bypasses the combustion chamber get it power and speed from the spinning fan blades?
pigs make Bacon the fan act as a propeller and most of the thrust comes from that.
The primary flow (that goes through the compressors, combustion chamber and turbines) mostly provide the engine power.
I’m not one to comment usually, but bravo on an excellent educational video
nice Explain Good Job
