I was at this show. My girlfriend at the time used my camera to tape the show for me. Pretty sure I lent that tape to a friend who loved Blood for Blood and never got it back. Now wondering if this was my tape. I'm all over this video too. Great Memories.
The Navi Arm BMX that’s wild. May I ask what type of camcorder you had? The quality of this video is really good for a tape camcorder for the late 90’s.
it was a Sony digital 8. Basically an analog 1 chip high8 camera that could output via firwire so the quality was actually really good when you digitized it. I still have the camera just dug it up yesterday. @@randomname2775
I don't believe this was yours. Most stuff on here I filmed myself but this one I got in a tape trade with another dude who filmed it himself. I believe his name was Art.
Oh man this is soooooo fucking RAD! I am so happy and proud to have been part of this old school HC scene before everyone started watching shows through their phones! Love you guys!! Peace and HC love world wide xx : )
Blood for Blood was my first hardcore show back in '98. Got kicked in the face during the second song. Nose fucking exploded and my shirt got soaked in blood. I was 14. I am 35 now and still going to shows
I’m 47, I stopped going to shows when some fuckers decided to close the whole world down! The last gig I went to was Napalm Death in Birmingham U.K. feb 2020. Revenge on society has never been so crucial as it is right now!
I saw them after Living in Exile came out. They opened for Anti Flag and Dropkick Murphy's. Nobody heard of them in texas before that. Needless to say they blew everyone away. Much better than anti flag
I’ve seen these guys like 10x but one time in Albany, NY, I believe it was Valentines, there was like 10 people there.. It was maybe 1998 or 99. It sucked there was only a few people but having all that room and freedom was pretty dope! It was like they played at my house 👍🏻
I grew up in Wilkes Barre and I remember this place, it used to be downstairs then it moved upstairs. I think they renovated it into some yuppie bar. I saw Bad Luck 13 there and they trashed it. I saw Cannibal Corpse there too.
That Bad Luck show was out of hand. Thats the one that someone threw a fire extinguisher into a kids face. Theres video of that show somewhere out there Idk if it ever made it to YT but Ive seen it.
+strongburg Word. I actually didn't record this one. Got it in a tape trade with this dude named Art. I wonder if he put any of his stuff on here. He had a lot.
Look at Jorge on stage claiming the song for all Hispanics. Man I miss being up in PA sometimes. Where's Bill Dukes, Bobby Black, Jensen, Brian, Walt and the rest of the crew? ~ Chino
I was in a band like in 1998 and this type of show was a regular thing...going out seeing the trouble and patriot play at some greek social club in boston...shit was gold...the new England scene was the shit around theses parts...some bud light a bottle of cheap booze and a great fucking show...that was growing up in new England for me.
Definitely had to be around 2001 because a dude is wearing a "Fuck Fred Durst" shirt when Limp Bizkit and all other rap rock/nu metal acts were popular at the time. Crazy that til this day people still shit on Durst for no reason.
i love how they shit on rap rock but thats exactly wut their music is lol not the genre but it is a form of rock n majority of the time the lyrics rhyme which is rap lol
Yea in their studio recorded albums they do have a hood vibe. Wouldnt say rap rock but def have a hip hop vibe. But alot of hardcore bands are into rap
that's because they are from the streets for real. Not because it's looks cool but because that's where they grew up. I'm in Dallas and all the punx and skins have a Latino vibe

@@randomname2775 Also, this was like 2001 I believe.
The Navi Arm BMX thanks so much. I’ve been looking for a Hi8 camcorder but after looking at this I may look into digital 8 or possibly minidv
I don't believe this was yours. Most stuff on here I filmed myself but this one I got in a tape trade with another dude who filmed it himself. I believe his name was Art.

Shits absolute madness 😂 them kids in that scene were something else. I would have been in the middle of it if I hadn't been 1300 miles away in Texas.
The greatest band of all time!!
Agreed
White trash Rob is one of the best hardcore song writers of all time
I can think of one other band with this level of energy on stage and it takes 9 of them
@30:39 you can hear the hits and see people swinging mad balls.
I saw them after Living in Exile came out. They opened for Anti Flag and Dropkick Murphy's. Nobody heard of them in texas before that. Needless to say they blew everyone away. Much better than anti flag
The comparison to Anti Flag is weird
most bands are better than anti flag
❤
Buddha and Jasta brutal voices. Great show combination of Rob and Buddha so great. BfB hell of a show, always
So funny watching people dance like that at 31:00 almost 20 years later. Those days feel like yesterday.
I’ve seen these guys like 10x but one time in Albany, NY, I believe it was Valentines, there was like 10 people there..

Band was best with Rob Lind
It's only blood 4 blood if rob is involved. His music his words(90%) of em.
Love you guys, but society is where we play...
Society is only a group of people joined for a common goal..
.
Definitely had to be around 2001 because a dude is wearing a "Fuck Fred Durst" shirt when Limp Bizkit and all other rap rock/nu metal acts were popular at the time. Crazy that til this day people still shit on Durst for no reason.
Prone W People shit on Fred Durst because he is shit. They’re just adding to the the pile.
There's a reason. Lots of them. Ever listen to the guy talk ? Then there's the Van Halen incident.
If you were in Hardcore back then and ppl were playing corny heavy music to sell to the masses you were *NOT* cool with those people.
AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH, THAT'S MY SHIT!
i love how they shit on rap rock but thats exactly wut their music is lol not the genre but it is a form of rock n majority of the time the lyrics rhyme which is rap lol
Justin Sane there is a difference
Op yeah this sounds just like kid rock ..
That is a fucking stupid comment, go get a music lesson all lyrics rhyme
These guys are the fucking worst. That's why they are playing a sold out show at the local VFW.
