Northglen (a.k.a. "The Glens") is the finest neighborhood in Oshawa, and has been for decades. Extremely low traffic due to the dead-end of Stevenson Road, quiet, friendly, large 60'+ lots, quality Italian-built homes ranging in price from $900k to $3m, central to everything. It cannot be beat. Some people say 'but it's close to the airport' but the little planes do not fly over the neighborhood, they fly over adjacent neighborhoods. Since you didn't mention Northglen I can only assume you're new to the area. Anyone who knows anything about Oshawa knows Northglen is the primo neighborhood.
