    It is hard to do when you automatically going to your bad habit during the match. Lmao. Need to do self reminder everytime and that sometimes could lead to slower response. Making a new habit to replace the bad one, is effort. Good luck guys (and myself also. Lmao)

      Yes Good Luck. The more good practice you do the more likely and quickly it will be habit for your brain. 😀

      Drilling with a coach is important to get that good practice. I not yet able to do that. Improving during a match is not recommended because of the score pressure not to mention if your partner doesnt like your poor play. Just saying.

      Here is one I've found effective. Get a heavy racket, log, bat, rod whatever which is liftable but heavier than your usual racket, practice backhand swings. Do it in proper repeated sets, do daily. For clear shots try wall knocking in backhand.

    • @JacobsBadminton
      @JacobsBadminton  2 роки тому

      You don’t want to lift flat and cross under pressure because you leave a gap that’s hard for you to cover if your opponent smashes.
