Two beautiful ladies. Starting my traditional loc journey this week. Combed out my micro locs, too much maintenance and cost associated with them, no one really see the “perfect parts.” Sisterlocs and micro locs are pretty but not for me. Blessings to you both.

I’ve been natural for 5 yrs now and have been contemplating locs for the last 2. I live in small two strand twists so I think sisterlocs will be my best bet. Im just worried about the price point and if they will want me to cut my hair or not. My hair is right below my boobs 😭 You two are so beautiful and are my new favorites! 💕
Thank you so much, love! Yes, that is definitely going to be a really hefty price. My personal opinion would be to look into microlocks. I talk about the difference lightly in the videos. It's really just the grid tbh. There is a specific grid pattern for sisterlocks and a specific number minimum or such but microlocks and sisterlocks from a distance look just about the same. You can start microlocks yourself by doing mini twists or braids!
Both of you guys are beautiful. My sister is 4 years into her traditional loc journey and I am 6 weeks into m sisterlock journey. I can't wait for mine to settle so I can color . That burgundy is popping!!

Yes, Girl!! Getting locs is the way to go when it comes to saving time on doing your hair. Your hair flourishes and you look good even when you just get up in the morning and go!
I’m thinking of switching to Sisterlocs. I’ve been wearing locs for 12 years and was a loose natural for 3 years between my 2 sets of locs. I want a different look. I love wearing my natural hair💚 Both of y’all locs are beautiful 🤩
Thank you! Yes I definitely agree that both styles of locs are lovely! I have even thought about combining my locs to go traditional, but I just love the size of my locks too much to switch haha. Also, look into microlocks which are essentially the same as sisterlocks!

How long does a retwist take for your sisterlocks?
Hey boo, with my old location it takes about 4.5-5 hours if she is in a good groove, with my sister it takes longer because Im her first client!
