I really enjoyed the bounty hunting side questline in Jedi Survivor. Here is the final bounty hunter fight, and an AWESOME cameo. Enjoy!

I haven't finished the game yet or searching (in Google or in game) for the bounty hunters, do we need to search them or they will appear along with the story?

You'll organically run into the NPC that gives you the Bounty Hunter questline by playing through the main quest. After that you can find her on the 1st floor of Pyloon's Saloon to get future bounty missions. Some of them you won't be able to do until you advance to a certain point in the game.
