Awesome thanks a lot. I tried playing this when i first started playing guitar and said maybe ltr. Im a bit better now, and this was way easier this time around. Esp how clear your instructions are
What an excellent lesson!!! I wish you the best Warren! You have great taste in music and what's better is you are a great teacher. I loved this lesson! Thanks from Huntington Beach!
I need some lesson from you men. You're awesome. Your sense of music is (at least for me) unbelievable, how you give your interpretation of a song, it's just amazing. How do you put in acoustic a song only by hearing it makes sad sometimes because makes me think that I'm light years from you, but also encourage me to be a better guitar player. Please continue doing all this stuff, and also, I would like to ask, if you're a John Mayer fan (many may laugh), to do a few covers of him :)
Wow! This is so awesome! I can only play the intro and very little of the verse and not so much of the chorus yet! But this an amazing example on how to play! Thanks Warren! I'm going to be watching this a lot!
Hey man. awesome cover, and very informative session for those without a background in music. :) Keep it up and I hope to hear more new content in the future :D
I hear what you're saying. I count and show you the strum slowed down so you can hear the sound in context, and the reason is: long-term (not for this song specifically), learning about counting while strumming and training your ear to hear the timing of it will better prepare you to learn many songs. The strumming pattern in Pachuca Sunrise will not be present in as many songs. Therefore Pachuca Sunrise is really just context for a lesson on rhythm in general. More fun than dry theory.
What kind of strings do you use Warren, I'm sure you change your tunings a lot. Oh and your pick reminds me of a pick I found while riding the M train in San Francisco (or was it the 54 Felton, hmm...) And good job as always.
That moment when he says it's challenging, yet you already got it down. :D after not playing guitar for a year I think I'm doing pretty good getting back on the horse.
I am just playing around in the key of B Natural Minor. Check out that scale first and then come back to the cover and see if it makes more sense than it used to before!
@periko2505 I am not a fan of John Mayer's songwriting nor his voice, but his musicianship and work on the guitar is on another level, amazing skills. Regarding lessons... you know where to find me.
@@warrenmusic i´m a brazilian luthier!! if you want to check my work out and all the brazilian musicians i suppor check our channel here and my instagram is @rizziinstrumentos, it would be an honor if you check my work, you are awesome!! thanks

Carter Poulsen, check the link in the video description for more info! Lovely guitars, great builders!
I know this came out 8 years ago but I’d love if you could go over the fills you did after the second verse in your cover. I would love to learn those

Once again, you make my arrangement look like shit...haha.
This will prove very useful. Cheers!
This wasn't my arrangement, it's MTB's! Blame them!!! hahahaha

The real fun part is seeing how many girls we can get by learning this song
How'd that work out for you? Haha
@RTCxK I dare you.
Next order of business is learning Holocene haha That one is gonna take a while.
This is not how it's played tho..
