I love how much documentation of the Lesterloot Spring Market that I got this year. It's one of the pretties antique & vintage makers market in the Virginia Valley and Torie and I were lucky enough to share a 10x10 tent at this year's event. This time I give you guys a in-depth look at what its like to prepare, setup, work and breakdown at a smaller market like Lesterloot. A old electric bread knife works well to cot that foam
I found your channel while you were away. I’m a new booth vendor and absolutely love your channel and have learned so much. Sorry for your loss. I have lost both parents and have special coffee cups in remembrance to them so when drinking coffee we can still be together. Hope you can find something to still bring you and your dad together. I’m in a vendor group on Facebook and one recommendation for the rain pooling in the tent top was to wedge pool noodles under the braces from the inside.
Spring shows, man. They’re tough and so unpredictable.

I used to be an antique dealer who had a booth at a local antique mall and did shows. I know how much work involved in doing shows. You’re doing great!

An electric knife is great for cutting foam….pretty easy to find at thrift stores, but they are pretty cheap even at Walmart. My husband is an upholsterer and that’s all he uses to cut foam.
Did shows and fairs for many years and this perfectly captures the work initially, the stress setting up, and finally, the fun of selling! Great job!

I used to have antique booth I could spend all day in that Booth doing ,redoing, bringing stuff in taking stuff out repricing re cleaning 🧹 and when you're not doing that you got to be out looking to bring in more stuff shopping 🛒🛍️ I basically was living and breathing the resale business almost like a religion ☯️❤

Both you ladies did an amazing job!!! So sorry for the loss of your dad. Unfortunately, I've experienced the same loss 10 years ago when he was only 64 years old. Losing a parent is so hard... all I can say is, I still miss him every day but instead of crying now, I smile when I think of him. Time is precious. Hug and cherish your loved ones ya'll.

Just finished selling at the 127 Yardsale in Kentucky and we had rain and storms every night and part of the day. Still did ok but it was a challenge. Some people lost their canopies/tents and merchandise. This coming week it’s supposed to be beautiful and sunny. Btw… that carver is just an electric kitchen knife. Check for one at an estate sale.

Your channel would blow up if you put content out more often. I follow very few channels because there aren't many reseller channels that interest me and yours is one of them. The brass crane and vase are so nice. BTW, 85 degrees is hot? LOL
I am sure your fella's sense of humor has been a welcome distraction and form of relief for you during this time. So very sorry for your loss. Was on the edge of my seat while you were all basically in a field during the lightening. Could not wait for you all to get safely inside. And Mike passing the turn off and your reaction are so familiar! Praying you and your family are slowly healing knowing that our amazing Father has welcomed your amazing father home.
Wonderful video. Learning the behind the scenes is definitely enlightening. Oh, use of pool noodles at the top of your tent will help stop water pooling.

When you’re out at a garage sale keep your eyes open for an electric knife. Vintage ones are the best and they glide through foam like butter.
Too funny the removal of the crystallized foam, if I come across an electric knife I will pickup and send to you.
I heard you say a few times that you sometimes put a "I don't want to sell it " price on some furniture you use for display. But if it sells you make a big sale! I tried that and sold two pieces for 4 times what I paid for it! Then I had to find a replacement so I got to go shopping
