You do *_NOT_* close your eyes when aiming, either of them. We have binocular vision for a reason and closing an eye will reduce your ability to determine distance, throwing your aim off really badly. Also, in the event any of you are actually interested in this stuff, get training from someone experienced with *_properly_* handling a firearm, before you do yourself. I know this seems obvious, but for some people it really doesn't seem to be and someone can get hurt badly.
