i'm surprised the wild isn't on here! it's my worst book of 2023 and i didn't read it- only your video featuring it 😭
It's so bad it doesn't really deserve anymore air time lol
Omg you just saved me wasted time. Ashley Winstead is an author that I wanted to give one more chance to but nope her books can stay in the dumpster fire, where I feel they belong.
🔪 Ive only ready PWMOV and Book Lovers, and I enjoyed both main characters. Though I did like Nora more becuase I am always down for good childfree representation.
My friends like haunting adeline and im in extreme pain
0:43 I'm weak lol Im scared of people who like zade
I was expecting The Wild by K Webster to be on that first list 😭 Cause that book is a CRIME
i don't even consider that a book to take seriously enough to put on this list lol
@@sarawithoutanH oh lol fair enough😂
damn the roast oh haunting adeline made me subscribe because I had the exact same experience/thoughts reading it
I have trouble considering Haunting Adeline dark romance because.... there's really no romance in it??? It's just all SA and worse.
I think my definition of "dark romance" might just be.... Grey Romance or something lol.
i think the best dark romance is when the darkness comes from something outside the relationship or if the characters are equally unhinged/matched
100% that's great way of putting it. Romance amongst dark circumstances (ie. mafia, secret organizations, assassins, whatever). @@sarawithoutanH
🔪🔪 outside of How High We Go in the Dark. I personally loved that one. But I can respect your opinion on it.
Haunting Adeline isn't a period romance? I am shocked.
book lovers is my favourite Emily Henry book because I am Nora and she is me!
I love ACOTAR (because of the stereotypical got me back into reading) and I genuinely think Throne of Glass was great. But omg do I refuse to read Crescent City! When I saw spoilers that they introduced ACOTAR characters it turned me off of it immediately. Like we don’t need more?? It just really makes it fanfic wattpad nonsense
oh thank god i’m not alone with my opinion of happy place. bad! it was bad !!!!
I loved How High We Go in the Dark but omg I also high-key agree with you on the pig story being the worst. When I saw people saying that story specifically made them cry I was like oh no, it's gonna be sad, and then I read it, and I just didn't get it! I was not sad! I was mostly confused and also it kinda made me laugh tbh.
