These are the BEST if you are going to use them for calls! I tried 3 different brands and my callers all said I was the clearest and loudest with these Aukey earbuds. I don't use them to listen to music, but I use them for podcasts and they sound great.
Hi, I purchased one. After 2 days, the right earbud was not charging. I used warranty and got another one. Now after one week, I have the same issue with the left one. If someone knows a solution please share. And I definitely will not recommend to buy it !!!
Had same problem after running them separately. Solution: Use the left one only until it eventually dies and then charge both together. You will notice the the right one will light up again and start working. Don't know why this works but it does. To avoid problem use both together.
You can reset them individually by taking one out the case, close the case, tap the touch panel 7 times slowly, then put back in case and close case. Do this for both earpods. Now it should work
Are you one of them that aukey paid to give a fake review saying good ? They suck . They constantly unpair , then I can't pair them . They don't wanna seem to automatically pair so I'm assuming I have to put them in pair mode manually, but the manual doesn't say
Mine doesn't work at all . 1 will say power on the other says nothing , then the one says power on won't pair . When they do work ,they suddenly stop working and have trouble pairing

Please don’t buy this. It never stays in your ears. And it broke within 5 months of usage.
Mine fit perfectly and have been working with minor issues for over a year. What I've noticed is that it's not a consistent product.
