Hi, I purchased one. After 2 days, the right earbud was not charging. I used warranty and got another one. Now after one week, I have the same issue with the left one. If someone knows a solution please share. And I definitely will not recommend to buy it !!!
For $60 one can buy much better headphones. I bought the AUKEY EP-N5 ANC on Amazon when I had to travel abroad soon. If I had more time, I would have sent the item back after a few days. The left handset almost never works. ANC is also unusable. The right handset always slips out. That means the product is almost unusable on the go. I wanted to write a review on Amazon right away, but I learned that Amazon no longer allows Aukey to sell their products on Amazon, because they have violated customers’ rights with fake reviews. I can only confirm Amazon’s decision. This piece is not worth its price.
❌ Do not buy AUKEY Earphones, the left earphone has stopped working after 2 weeks. And there is no solution how to fix it. Terrible. + ANC was barely noticeable
why are you lying, you can't even test it, this sound quality is so bad these headphones are so bad, don't buy them , they're so bulky and fat and uncomfortable

I have the AUKEY EP-T27 and they are great. Would like to get AUKEY with ANC.
These definitely a nice pair. Been wearing them all week. So far been working very well.

How to know if the Anc Is activated? I can't get

sounds like they dont fit your ears properly. Thats really a problem with how they fit you. Not the quality of the earbuds themselves.
