Yea I look that up briefly. HD still owns like %70 of them and they market and sell it at their shop and website. It all feels like a corporate re-structure get away so they can sell it globally without having to meet the emission requirements on their own bikes
@@bikerinbeta Really it came down to a different demographic and vision. The LiveWire Del Mar was the first bike designed by LiveWire and not by Harley. A customer can not walk in to every Harley dealership and expect to see a LiveWire as there are select partnerships with specific dealers to sell them.
Glad you got a chance to ride it! FYI, LiveWire is not Harley anymore. They are a subsidiary but it's own company now.
