Man you're very talented, to a degree that most people want to be. I don't know if you watch any of channels but rc everyday started doing things like you, he's now selling his own chassis kits, two different ones that have endless possibilities. So it's your talent that's bringing everyone to watch you. You're a very unique person and genuine as hell, that's my input and man everything you're doing is basically opening up the mind if you think about it for a lot of people. Sure did mine. @@WafflesRC-pb4nt man with your attitude and your ability I don't think you're going to have much more problem than just getting your name on the table and people will see , like you said, waffles rc is coming for you. I truly wish you the best on your journey. I've only built bashers, from parts made by the manufacturer lol. This channel has given me a lot of hope. I've pipe welded, worked millwright for years, so just seeing someone who has similar skill sets build a rc , it truly inspired me
Looks like you had a blast at the fest as you should. Seeing all the haulers in the one shot was very cool. Breaking is part of the hobby and besides that is how you learn what works and what dosen't work. 5000!!! Congrats my friend. I found the growing channel near the start..... I was in the 300's somewhere. Lets hope in another month you dobble in size.

Yeah, I have to get my boats out this year. They’ve been sitting a couple years, I have the Spartan and the thrasher jet boat. My favorite boats are a lot of fun also.👍👍😎

While you're still small and you might read this, just focus on you enjoying the hobby and ignore any negativity that shows up as you grow.
Thank you very much. I have been trying to change my ways a bit to be more ME rather than what gets views. I'm just going to have fun with this whole thing no matter what. I have a great group of people on here and I know this hobby as a whole needs more people just being themselves and having fun with it.

Use a heavy weight oil on the rear shocks, too.

You need to make a double cardan driveshaft for that mudders rear shaft! That’s what I have in my real Jeep and it used to break shafts because of the angle until I put that in!

Congrats on 5k. Really that isn't all that much for a full custom build, I have a Tamiya Grand Hauler pushing $1200 and its mostly stock parts and a sound kit. For some of us its almost more fun to build them than drive them... almost.

With that many axles/wheels, you did good on cost. At $10 for 4 feet of tubing, making it out of junk metal wouldn't have been a significant savings.

Great video, I’m working on a Tonka 6x6 recovery build (from two dump trucks) and I’m about the same money into it as you. It’s all entertainment. I looked up the rams you use but didn’t see the lifting power for them, are they pretty powerful? Planning a Tonka dump truck build.
I don't know the exact lift capacity of them either. With the 2 on the bed, they have had no issues lifting any of my RCs and the heaviest one is 15lbs. I think they will be fine as long as your pivot points are in good spots.

They look like they would work good for my idea and the short one might be a good dump gate release. I’ll probably get them good price and even if they don’t work never hurts to have rc parts on the shelf for future builds lol
Just a thought, RC camera car/truck?
Make some different trailers and bumpers or even x o cages to help build ur channel
aww if i knew you were there i would have checked out your stuff. i did not stay long. the music was so loud i could not talk to anyone. and it was a little chilly out so i left.
The music was loud for sure. The crawler area was pretty quiet which is where we were most the time. And don't worry, I'm going to try to go to another one as long as it is relatively close and open for all.
If you have the rear bumper off that body laying around still and would be interested in selling it I need one for my suburban
